PICKING UP AN ORDER:

Please note: if you have received your order **whether in person or by mail ** — we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Also note that all materials are packaged in paper as it is a more eco-friendly solution than plastic. This has been our policy for 20+ years and we stand by the quality of our products ❤️

1. When placing your order, select “LOCAL PICK UP”
2. In the “ORDER NOTES” section of check out, you can specify a PICK UP location, date & time (Unless you explicitly write PIERMONT THURS-SUN & A DATE*, we will assume your order is for the EAST VILLAGE LOCATION)
3. Please call ahead of time to confirm your order is completed !

ONLINE DELIVERY

There is a $9 dollar flat rate for shipping. If your package has additional shipping cost, we will contact you and charge the difference.
